SPA POD MANAGERS & RETAIL SKINCARE SPECIALISTS

Elemis are looking for Spa Pod Managers to promote and increase revenue in the Spa pod treatment room managing bookings and rebooking ensuring the treatment room is covered at all times within the Elemis Account within stores by driving the sales of Elemis treatments and products, and to develop sales and awareness of the Elemis brand using both internal and external promotional activity.

SPA THERAPISTS & SPA COORDINATORS
FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES

Elemis have exciting opportunities at their Day Spa based in Mayfair, London.

Spa Therapists will provide and maintain the highest standards of Elemis treatments, recommendations for client homecare and daily operational procedures. Overall providing excellent client care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for Elemis clients, resulting in repeat client visits and increased treatment and retail sales for the Elemis day-spa.

The Spa Coordinator will administer the Elemis day-spa client booking and appointment system, ensuring the effective, efficient and most productive use of spa personnel combined with treatment availability, to achieve and if possible exceed the budgeted treatment sales, whilst providing the highest level of client care.
