At present we are focused on using Jan Marini and Dermalogica products and provide treatments with the use of Lynton Laser, 2 CACI machines (the Ultra and Oxylife), in addition to a selection of Beauty treatments. We also offer an extensive range of clinical treatments provided by the Proprietor Rosie Cooper RGN for facial lines, wrinkles and contours and more recently employed a Cosmetic Tattooing specialist.

Person Specification for Gloclinics Receptionist

Reliable and Well-presented with a mature business outlook and personality

2 years experience in retail or similar industry

Experience in product sales and/or in the beauty industry advantageous

You will be situated in the Front of House so you will be the first person / face for clients and customers, so a friendly personality is a pre-requisite for the role.

Ensure client records are filled out and kept up to date and accurate.

Provide back up and support for Therapists and Management

Attention to detail and retention of information essential.

Computer Literate Good Communication Skills at all levels, keeping a calm head at all times.

Must have excellent Diary Management Skills

Filing and dealing with incoming post etc.

Non-smoker

Flexible 30 hours per week including Saturdays
