required: beauty therapy lecturers / trainees
LCBT are expanding and need additional lecturers to join their established team.

LCBT have been pivotal market leaders in Beauty Therapy for the last 10 years and are thought of as a beacon College within the industry. Funded by Further Education, and pioneers in the delivery of roll on roll off programmes.

LCBT is looking for committed individuals who want to join an organisation where "empowerment" is the management ethos and teamwork is paramount.

Essential experience and qualifications:

• Experience in all aspects of salon work.
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard.

Desired qualifications:

• Teaching qualifications (minimum 7307) with an aim to work towards Certificate in Education.
• Assessor Awards (D34 / Verifier Awards desirable).
