Head Receptionist/ Salon Co coordinator

We are looking for a head receptionist/ salon co coordinator to join our Leatherhead salon.

THE ROLE

The role has two main functions firstly manage our front of house to ensure our clients receive the optimum experience when visiting the salon, secondly to coach our team members in to consistently delivering great customer service.

To support you in this role as part of our management team you will take part in an amazing business management-training program from Bumble and Bumble to which we as a company are committed in our pursuit of excellence. We financially reward our management team on achieving salon targets and therefore you have the ability to be in control of you future finances.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We require someone with exceptional customer service skills, strong people management ability and good organizational capabilities. Ideally you would have had experience in a similar role in a service-based industry.
