Head of Treatments Training and Compliance - Swindon

The role of Head of Treatments Training and Compliance is a key role for this organisation, focusing on 3 key areas:

1. Identify new treatments, products and services to grow the business, keep pace with competition and attract profitable customers. Once identified, negotiate with external suppliers on commercial terms, training and protocols.

2. Develop relevant, practical and commercial training plans to launch and administer the full range of new and existing treatments. Training will be delivered in person, via the Training Manager and through in-clinic trainers.

3. Monitor the quality of staff service and skills via internal and external audits on behalf of both the Healthcare Commission and the Company. Ensure best practice and regular reviews on a formal and ad hoc basis.

The nature of the work requires quick decision-making, based on knowledge of pertinent information and an intention to reduce risk factors as much as possible. Careful, critical analysis of new ideas or innovations is important to assure any changes align with and support established practices. The job requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. Because of the fast pace of the work, it is important that job related knowledge and responsibilities are mastered quickly and thoroughly. A pro-active attitude to problem solving to overcome any obstacles will be required to achieve high quality, timely results.

The ideal candidate will likely hold qualifications in the area of medical aesthetics and advanced skin care and have experience of sourcing new products and treatments and following through to delivery. They will also have an understanding of Healthcare Commission requirements and protocols and of retail and/or multi-site environments. There will be a need to travel with this role.
